herapy and New Direction In Hourly Zoom Sessions, to Suit Your Needs

In counselling I’ve had before it’s taken a few sessions to go back over my story. Will I have to do that again?
We will do perhaps 15 - 20 mins of back story for me to know what we need to address and then we’ll get stuck in with changing things! Talking about the past is just reinforcing things into your brain and doesn’t change anything. We focus on what you do want to have and do and feel and be and get you there.
I’ve had a traumatic past and know I need to deal with it, but am afraid going there might bring itall back and make it worse. How can I address this?
We will be using the power of your incredible mind to release all the pain, in beautiful, uplifting, freeing ways to let it all go, rather than be digging it up to jump into bed with it again. You really need have no fear there.
I spent 2 years with my last therapist and feel better but still don’t feel I know where I’m going.Can you help?
2 years? Most of my clients have 4 -12 sessions to overcome their issues and have their clear direction forward, with the new knowledge and empowerment to achieve their goal(s). Even if we did every detail of my retreat content, we would still be done in 20 - 24 sessions, with the whole focus being about setting you up for the rest of your life.
I’ve been told that I’ll need to be on anti-depressants all my life. Is there any point in me having therapy?
Absolutely! I disagree with that viewpoint and have worked with many clients who have come offanti depressants for good and are thriving. If you are willing to use what I give you and make it your new way of being, I’m confident the same could be true for you.
